Friction Coefficient Analyzer FCA

SPECIFICATIONS
Measuring Principle

Insert T1 & T2, tension readings, into formula and calculate frictional coefficient by long A/D converter

Test Range

For load cell ¨C 100cN (standard 2- 100cN) performed by ROTHSCHILD R-091Tension meter, made in Switzerland.

Dimensions

R-091 Tension meter£º70x145x230 mm, 870g

Load cell

30x100mm,120g.Major host 1560x550x610mm (L x W x H)

G.W.

150kgs, N.W.£º100kgs

Test Speed

50-3000 m/min for the main winder, 100-300 m/min for frictional coefficient and 1500-2000 m/min for rewinding tension test are suggested to set

Voltage

Standard 110V (others or custom-make are available)

Frequency

FEATURES

Easy to handle. Turn the power and vacuum valve on to guide yarns into winder. Computer program executes analysis at the same time.

Changeable and fixed instrument cabinet is appropriate for QC, production application and R&D.

Option Equip with in-take filament constant tension device to keep in-take filament tension steady and for analysis frictional coefficient purpose.

High speed, less noise. Perform maximum speed at 3000 m/min, superior than traditional record, re-command test speed1200-1500 m/min. Suitable for Bobbin tension rewinding analysis.

Major functions£º

(1) For analysis frictional coefficient (both dynamic an static friction) and rewinding tension by using specific friction / rewinding winder.

(2) Rothschild-4021, static volt tester, optional device, links on computer programs for analysis the static volume of test material after friction.

(3) Specific window program provides statistics, analysis, save and generate SPC curve for production process reference purposes.

(4) For calculating frictional coefficient of F/C. (Ceramic)

(5) For calculating frictional coefficient of F/M. (Metal)

(6) For calculating frictional coefficient of F/F. (Filament)

(7) For evaluating density of finish oil.

(8) For calculate tension values from production process an applied to Bobbin tension rewinding.

(9) Damping average of the test readings.
