Take the fixed length desired testing samples of 90cm long, sampling by manpower and weight on scale, and time gram weight with 100 to get the sample denier.

The measurable sample denier are 0~1200 denier.

The creel of the test sample is with air start clamp design；there is no sample bounce phenomenon while the sample is cut off.

The instrument is with multiple safety design. For example:

A. If the sample is not well-clamped, the cutter would not start.

B. Cutter machinese is with double bottom protection design to protect operation personnel from possible dangers. It is also with protection stand to reinforce the rigidity of the cutter.

C. Equipped with cutter sheathing and air break cutter stand; with auto cutter retrieve function.

The main body is made of T6 aluminum alloy material imported form Switzerland, and the appearance is through hardened and colored process.

The whole machine is make of European imported parts: (The aluminum material is imported from Switzerland, air-driven device is from German FESTO, the cutter is from Sweden)

Either side of the cutter is with protection board, and the cutter is with spring auto cutter retrieve function.

The cutter is air-drive, and is with double bottom protection switch.
