| Company Qualification | All of Nettex’s imported instrument hve to pass Nettex’s strict quality control process before delivery. Nettex Tech has calibrated all of its imported instruments, only those qualified instruments are allowed to shop. For example, Textechno of Germany has been approved by SGS ISO 9001 and acquired the certificate.. In the same time, Nettex Tech also built up a standardized model. This standardized model has been approved by electronic calibration center, so that Nettex Tech could calibrated and certificate customers’ instruments. |
| Technique Service Items |
Nettex’s standard contracted technique service items including: (1) Trouble shooting; (2) Consumable and spare parts replacements; (3) Cleaning; (4) Adjustments; (5) Calibrations; (6) Technician Training; (7) Production process applications (additional charge will be added subject to extra requirements); If customers have specific cost issue or any other considerations, Nettex Tech could revise the contracts and specify service items in the contracts to meet customers’ special need. By doing so, both of Nettex Tech and customers could assure their mutual benefits and rights. |
| Extended Beneficial Project | To reward our long term maintenance contracted customers, Nettex Tech will give 3% discount of the following year’s total standard charge to those customers who send back their following year’s contract confirmation before the expiration date of the existing contract. (The effective date of the following rear is the nest day of the expiration date of the existing contract.) Nettex Tech will send our the following year’s contract confirmation to customers in advance, three months before the expiration date of the existing contract, to allow customer to have enough time to process the following year’s contract. |
