In 1988, thanks to its professional maintenance techniques, Nettex Tech. has won the trust and support of TEXTECHNO, a well know German chemical fiber inspection instrument manufacturer with 60 years history, and became TEXTECHNO’s authorized agent that is responsible for its Taiwan sales and services. Simultaneously, Nettex has imported many advanced international brands of textile inspection analyzing instruments, such as ROTHSCHILD of Switzerland, MEINERS-DEL and LEE CONSULTANTS of England, T/A of USA, IET of Japan, BRANCA of Italy, etc. Nettex Tech has attributed its success in sustaining customers’ long-term support and patronization to its capability of integrating the applications of the imported instruments and its thorough after services.

To breakthrough the bottleneck role, selling product only, of the traditional agent, Nettex Tech has devoted itself to studying chemical fiber's industry structure, product categories, and market demands and trends. Since 1992, engineering companies have entrusted Nettex Tech with the blueprint and buildup of the laboratory of the chemical fiber plants. Furthermore, Nettex Tech has cooperated with academic institutions, such as Union Chemical Laboratory and China Textile Institute, in many projects related to instrument analysis and production process applications. The completed projects have included, but were not limited to, in time product process control database system, real time quality control database system, etc. The induced results has been widely applied to Tensile Tester, Thermo Stress Tester, Shrinkage Meter, Frictional coefficient Analyzers, Entanglement Tester and Tension Analyzer, etc.

Being in the textile Chemical Fiber industry for such a long time, Nettex Tech has sensed that imported instruments could not completely satisfy customers’ specific needs. To further meet these demands, Nettex Tech has gathered and cooperated with the industry’s experts of software, hardware, and firmware. The experts Nettex Tech has worked with has came from many related fields, such as network, computer, information, automated warehouse, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electronics and chemical fiber production process, etc. With the strong belief that technology integrations have originated from innovation, Nettex Tech started its custom design business in 1999. Nettex Tech has integrated the related technologies to invent and manufacture the chemical fiber inspection analyzing instruments that fit customers’ specific needs. The launched instruments have included, but were not limited to, Rewinding Tension Analyzer (RTA), Manual Shrinkage Meter (MSM), Spandex Universal Analyzer (SUA), Fabric Surface Meter (FSM). The superior performance and cost effectiveness of these products have been widely and highly recognized and recommended by the customers.

In 2001, Nettex Tech. began to develop and improve Taipei's traditional knitters.To further satisfy its customers expansion needs and serve China customers, Nettex Tech set up its branch, Nettex Tech (Shanghai) .Co., Ltd in Shanghai China.

Shanghai Nettex Tech CO., LTD. was found in 2003, which provides overall service for clients in China and also satisfies clients in needs of producing, importing and exporting. In 2005, We established service stations in Beijing、Guangzhou、Chongqing to satisfy requirements of clients in north China、south China and backland. With a view to the development in the future, in 2006, we bought our group HQ in Shanghai Songjiang Area, which will start using in the end of 2007.
