Test Principle |
Utilize
horizontal dual
driving shaft to
take up to
desired test
samples, and
supported by
tension
measuring head
and friction rod
to extract the
tension signals
to provide the
applications of
rewinding
tension, dynamic
running modules,
and friction
coefficient.
Combined with
the static volt
meter, it is
able to analyze
Static
functions, or
combined with
the observing
blackboard to
analyze surface
(appearance,
exterior)
evaluation
analysis of the
dynamic grade
analysis.

The instrument
combines three
functions
together: the
production
management,
production
process
application,
product research
and development
to increase its
added value. |
● |
The instrument
could be
universally
used. Because of
its broad
application
range, it is
able to decrease
the inspection
operation space
of the factory,
reduce the
operator costs,
and improve the
test speed. |
● |
The instrument
is a specialized
professional
analyzer which
is dedicated to
studying and
analyzing
Spandex. It has
successfully
established the
industry’s test
operation
standards and
built up a
credible
inspection
mechanism. |
● |
Easy to operate.
High test speed.
No specific
maintenance is
required. |
● |
Independently
developed
specific
software of
windows to stat,
analyze, store,
and conclude
process curve
for the process
analysis.
It has been
widely used in
the industry for
over twenty
years and
experienced four
generation
upgrading; the
current version
is for Windows
XP. |
● |
Options include
Decay analysis,
Dynamic friction
coefficient,
Static friction
coefficient,
Static voltage
analysis, and
static voltage
worktable.
